Our Executive Chef Ben Geddis uses a variety of locally-sourced and seasonal foods. We are highly cognizant of the impact our work has on the environment and seek ways to reduce waste. When possible we source from free-range, organic, and local purveyors.
Ben is also able to prepare a wide range of foods to accommodate unique needs and desires including gluten free, kosher, lactose free, no pork, organic, vegetarian, and vegan.
